REGISTRY
When a Recipient calls in and is in need of a Provider we generate a list of about 5 Providers who match the Recipients needs (personal tasks, domestic tasks, availability and location). If you are shown as being a match we then call to make sure that you are available during the time the client is requesting and if you are we refer your name out on a list. The Recipient is responsible for calling off the list, scheduling interviews and hiring a Provider.
If you are interested in being referred to Recipients please complete steps 1 and 2 listed below (references have the option to complete their form over the phone by contacting Nicole at 209-468-1747), read instructions carefully, and return reference questionnaires by email (nlinsenbigler@sjgov.org) or fax (209-944-8913) and must be completed and received within 30 days of submitting registry application.
